This category is for articles and categories for athletes representing the Omaha Mavericks, the sports program of the University of Nebraska Omaha. Please note that the football program, which was discontinued after the 2010 season, retains the "Nebraska–Omaha Mavericks" name for historical accuracy; the rebranding of the teams to simply "Omaha" did not begin until 2012 and was not completed until the 2013–14 academic year, thus the football team was unaffected by that change.
